When I worked with my friend Dar at the Bakery, she would cite all the time about how bad things happen in three, always in three: This, and then
this and then
that! In February I went off my medicine for one week, DH went to jail, and I cheated on him with a girlfriend in a drunken panic because I needed control... Currently, my husband went to the hospital for a terrible migraine last week, then was on suicide watch for a few days this weekend, and today we received legal notice about misdemeanor charges. Bullshit. Terrible, bad, bad, bad bullshit.
The good news, though, is that Hubby had a couple appointments today and there is going to be a lot of positive changes for him, mentally, and for him at work. And I've heard that positive things happen in tenfold!
I couldn't finish reading
Hello Kitty Must Die by Angela Choi. Something about the antagonists sly references to death and roofies got under my skin, like that kind of scratch you can't reach. I returned the novel and checked out two Joyce Carol Oates and one health book on living with bipolar, written by Hilary Smith, who happens to have bipolar. I haven't put the paperback down since I picked it up at the library. It's intensely hilarious, and to the point, you have bipolar, it sucks, but it doesn't have to
always suck. Hilary also has a lot of real-life scenarios and insightful advice to let your brain soak in, too.
Well it took me long enough to finish this bloggy-blog. I'm going to read a few more pages and fall asleep with my hubby.
